The rooms are very comfortable to say the least. All are equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, radio alarm clocks, central heating, free WiFi, digital lcd television, ironing facilities and shared shower room. All bedrooms are non smoking but smoking areas are provided within the residential area. Please note; If booking for a Friday or Saturday, we have a late bar licence and possibly could be open until 1.30am.

Rates are per room per night and include full English breakfast, VAT and service.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques and all major debit and credit cards. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge for all payments made by credit cards.

Check in and Check out times

You can check in from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. Check out is until 10:00am.

Cancellation policy

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.

Parking

There is free on street parking. If on street parking is not available a local free car park is only 1 minute walk away.
